Salmon is such a staple ingredient for my weekly dinners! It is a great dinner protein that you can make many different ways!
This ginger sesame salmon has the perfect, sweet and tangy flavor!
Ginger Sesame

Ingredients:
1 Piece of Salmon
2 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
1 tbsp of ginger, crushed
2 tsp of turmeric
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of sesame seeds (and more to top at the end)
Recipe
In a large bowl, add 1 tbsp of olive oil, the coconut aminos, ginger, turmeric, pepper, salt and sesame seeds.
Add in the salmon and let this marinate for at least 30 minutes. The longer you marinate the more flavorful it will be!
Heat a large pan to medium heat and add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Spread on the pan.
place the salmon skin side up in the pan. Cook for about 4 minutes. Flip the salmon and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
The salmon is done when you place a fork in and it flakes. The inside should be a light pink and shiny!
