MEET THE FOUNDER.
HI! I’M AMANDA DESIMONE!
I am a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I have always had a passion for fitness and Sharing the joy it brings me with other people.
Movement has always been a part of my life, from growing up playing outside to sports in college, etc. The happiness that I get from exercise is something I want to share with all of you!
I played Division II Field Hockey At Saint Anselm college, where i learned the importance of strength training. through this experience I got to see first hand the power of community in fitness. The motivation from my teammates pushed me to reach for my goals and help others do the same.
In 2022, I ran the Boston Marathon. The discipline I gained during the 6 months leading up to the race is something that will stick with me forever.
Most recently I have been teaching group fitness classes at a few studios. These classes include yoga sculpt, strength straining, pilates, etc.
I bring all of these experiences together through Movement by mands, with the end goal of creating a community that will motivate and inspire

Our mission is to build community, strength and Happiness through workouts. Movement by mands offers beautifully-designed workouts and one-on-one training to help you get stronger and healthier every day.
