This salad dressing is the perfect anti-inflammatory, delicious dressing to toss your salads with!

whip this dressing up quick and store it for the week to mix into your meals!

Cashew

Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp of cashew butter (tahini works too)

  • 1/2 lemon juiced

  • 1-2 tsp of ground ginger

  • 2-3 tbsp of olive oil

  • 2-3 tbsp of apple cider vinegar

Recipe

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl.

  2. Whisk together until the cashew butter is completely mixed in.

  3. serve over any salad, on sandwiches, or to dip veggies in!

  4. my favorite way to have this dressing is with an easy kale salad: kale, pumpkin seeds and chopped red onion!

  5. Store in a container and refrigerate, enjoy for 5-7 days!
