Baked oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup of almond milk

  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of coconut sugar

  • 2-3 scoops of protein powder of choice

  • 3 1/2 cups of oats

  • 1 tsp of ginger powder

  • 2 cups of frozen blueberries

Recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix in a large bowl: eggs, milk, vanilla, and maple syrup.

  3. Add to the large bowl: coconut sugar, pROTEIN POWDER, GINGER AND MIX UNTIL COMBINED.

  4. STIR IN THE OATS AND BLUEBERRIES UNTIL COMBINED.

  5. ADD TO A GREASED 8 X 8 INCH BAKING DISH AND BAKE FOR 25 MINIUTES.

  6. LET COOL AND SLICE INTO SQUARES. Keep refrigerated.
