Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup of almond milk
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of coconut sugar
2-3 scoops of protein powder of choice
3 1/2 cups of oats
1 tsp of ginger powder
2 cups of frozen blueberries
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Mix in a large bowl: eggs, milk, vanilla, and maple syrup.
Add to the large bowl: coconut sugar, pROTEIN POWDER, GINGER AND MIX UNTIL COMBINED.
STIR IN THE OATS AND BLUEBERRIES UNTIL COMBINED.
ADD TO A GREASED 8 X 8 INCH BAKING DISH AND BAKE FOR 25 MINIUTES.
LET COOL AND SLICE INTO SQUARES. Keep refrigerated.
