this is the perfect high protein breakfast to kick your day off with! Its packed full of nutrients and will leave you full for the morning!

Breakfast truly is the most important meal of the day, so why not make it delicious!

protein oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of oats

  • 1 scoop of protein powder of choice (BeWell By kelly is my favorite)

  • 1/2 cup of milk of choice

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1 tsp of honey

  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp of flax seeds

  • handful of blueberries

Recipe

  1. in a small pot on medium to low heat, add the oats, protein and milk. And cook for 2-4 minutes.

  2. Add the cinnamon and honey to the pot and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes.

  3. pour oatmeal into a bowl.

  4. mix in the chia seeds, flax seed, blueberries and any other toppings of choice!

  5. Let it cool just a bit and enjoy!
