Halibut
Ingredients
1-2 filet of halibut
1 tsp miso
2 tbsp of coconut aminos
1/2 lime juiced
2 tbsp coconut oil
RECIPE
in a large bowl add your miso, coconut oil, lime, coconut aminos and mix until combined.
Add your halibut to the marinade and let this sit for up to 2 hours in the fridge (the longer you marinate it the more flavorful!)
Heat up a large pan on medium heat.
Add your Halibut (skin side up) and the remaining marinade to the pan and cover. Cook on one side for 4-5 minutes.
Flip the Halibut and cook for another 4-6 minutes.
once your halibut can separate in flakes easily with a fork it is done (or around 150 degrees)
Enjoy the Halibut with rice and a kale salad or any of your favorite sides!
